Most of Best Trade Logic is free. No payment, no refund needed.

Pro tier (currently free during beta)

Pro tier is currently free during our public beta. Once paid plans launch, the following refund policy applies:

• Monthly subscriptions: cancel any time, refunded for unused portion minus 20% restocking fee.
• Annual subscriptions: pro-rata refund within first 14 days, no refund after.
• Refunds processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

How to request a refund

Email support@besttradelogic.com with your account email and reason. We respond within 48 hours.

Non-refundable

Custom/Enterprise services (white-label, dedicated support) are non-refundable once delivery has started.
